Classes

What can you expect  from a class?

Lots of stories, lots of fun, lots of giggles, lots of dancing and lots of exploring.

Each class contains two stories, catchy songs to dance along to and a fun outdoor activity.

Sessions are mixed age so perfect for little ones from 6 months old up to 5 years old. Everything is differentiated so that you and your little one can enjoy the class at their level.

Classes last around 45 minutes.

What are the educational benefits?

Reading to children from a young age is brilliant for their communication and language development. It also helps to build listening skills and concentration and memory pathways.

Dancing and copying actions reinforces these concentration and memory pathways as well as helping children with their gross and fine motor movements.

Being outdoors is great for everyone's mental heath and allows the children freedom to roam and explore their surroundings in a safe way. For the activities we gather things from the outdoor space. These activities help build the children's gross and fine motor skills as well as their hand eye co-ordination. Being outdoors also allows for greater language development opportunities as you can introduce words about colour, size and describing words such as spikey, soft etc into your children's vocabulary.

All the elements of the class help to develop children's creativity and imagination.
